3D Printing Design_Clothing

In applying 3D printing technology as a fashion product, there are still limitations on material properties and technology methods that are less flexible than clothing fabric materials. Still, various wearable designs of 3D printing technology are being attempted through 3D scanning and pattern production of the human body. This design work was completed with a fabric-structured 3D printing design work to fit the body size in a virtual digital 3D space using 3D human body scan data to design 

women's clothing for 3D printing outputs. Fabric-structured 3D printed 3D digital design work was completed using the Rhino 6.0 CAD software program.

3D 프린팅 기술을 패션 제품으로 적용함에 있어서 의류직물 소재로서의 유연성이 떨어지는 소재 물성 및 기술방식에 대한 한계성이 여전히 있는 상황이지만, 인체의 3차원 스캐닝 & 패턴 제작을 통한 3D 프린팅 기술의 웨어러블 디자인이 다양하게 시도되고 있다. 본 디자인 작업은 3D 인체스캔 데이터를 활용하여 가상디지털 3D 공간상에서 신체사이즈에 맞도록 직물구조적인 3D 프린팅 디자인 작업으로 완성하여 3D 프린팅 출력물을 위한 여성 의류를 디자인하였다. 직물구조적인 3D 프린팅 3차원 디지털 디자인 작업은 Rhino 6.0 CAD 소프트웨어 프로그램을 이용해 완성하였다.
