Dear Colleague,
The International Association of Societies of Design Research (IASDR) is a global network of design research societies dedicated to fostering international exchange and collaboration. IASDR aims to advance research and applications of design across diverse domains and organizes a biennial international conference.
IASDR 2025 will be co-hosted by the Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI) and the Chinese Institute of Design (CID), and will take place in Taipei from December 2 to 5, 2025. Centered on the theme “Design Next,” this year’s conference explores emerging design issues and methodologies. It aims to become a key platform for promoting new paradigms, interdisciplinary research, and innovative practices in design.
We welcome a wide range of submission types, including Full Papers, Pictorials, Posters, Panels, Workshops, and the Doctoral/Postgraduate Consortium.
We are pleased to inform you that the submission deadline for Full Papers and Pictorials has been extended to Monday, June 30, 2025.
Please also note that the deadline for Posters, Panels, Workshops, and the Doctoral/Postgraduate Consortium remains Monday, June 30, 2025.
This extension allows authors of Full Papers and Pictorials more time to prepare and share their insights with the global design research
community.
We warmly invite you to submit your work to IASDR 2025 and kindly ask for your support in sharing this information with your network.
